Floodwalls are still protecting Mount Vernon as of 1:30 PM on December 18th. Just look at that sand deposited on the riverwalk during the flood! Never underestimate the power of water.

Different levels of Snoqualmie Falls WA, the fullest is one I took 2 years ago when we have record rainfall. Right now we all the incredibly heavy rainfall and flooding, the Falls are full like that photo.
The others are different times of the year, different levels.

Nooksack, WA earlier today. Forecasts is for more rain and flooding. This is just one small town. I just got an alert that the gas station near me that is under 5’ of water, is now leaking gas and to expect strong fumes. #WAFloods
