Congratulations to Sweden on their well deserved gold. Czechia on their silver, and Canada on their bronze.
I know we Canadian’s consider anything but gold a failure, however there are some other greats teams.
I hope Canada learns that cockiness and a lack of discipline doesn’t win gold.

Congratulations to Team Sweden winners of the 2026 World Junior Hockey Championship. They were a force all tournament. Out of 29 games played in the last ten days I watched all or most of 25. It was a bit much but fun. This is my final dispatch. #WJHC

Over this years event.
I expect tonights gold medal game to be one of the lowest attended in world junior history & that is downright unacceptable and i highly doubt this years event drew any sort of profit or any legit tourism money that hosting a world championship should. FIFA/IOC beware. #WJHC
