Current workaround is to just use a #WS2022 image instead

Comparing available Windows Features in #WindowsServer2025 and #WindowsServer 2022 and it looks like #NetworkATC has made it into Windows Server! This is a huge plus!
On the downside though, it seems SMTP Server has finally been removed :(
