Yusen Logistics to acquire Walden’s healthcare logistics business The acquisition process has begun with YLEU and Walden Group International Holding B.V. (Walden) signing a Put Option Agreement.

Yusen Logistics Global Management, a subsidiary of the NYK Group, has announced that its European arm, Yusen Logistics (Europe) B.V. (YLEU), has agreed to acquire the healthcare logistics business of the Walden Group.
