For those following progress of #WargamingCampaigns the beta-reader deadline has passed & I have a lot of reading, cogitating and digesting of feedback to consider before making final decisions about cutting, changing or adding. Feedback overwhelmingly positive, so huge relief 😊
Blown away by Foreword just received from Charles S Grant OBE for #WargamingCampaigns . Amongst other things, he says: "...could anyone usefully commit so many pages to the subject of wargame campaigns? The answer is an emphatic “yes”. It is a gem – and a big one at that."☺️
Initial calculations based on filling my template with the current text indicate that #WargamingCampaigns will be the same length as #TheWargamingCompendium at 520 pages. Well, I wouldn’t want to make your bookshelf wobbly, would I? 😜 @penswordbooks
In an effort to get the first draft of #WargamingCampaigns finished, I have signed up for @NaNoWriMo to give me the kick up the derrière I need. This means I’m going to be very busy over the next few weeks, but you guys and @penswordbooks will be happy at the end of it!
