Annual Toothbrush Exchange The Rhode Island Dental Association and UCH-Rlte Smiles present the 4th Annual Great Toothbrush Exchange, an event celebrating National Children's Dental Health Month. Participants can bring in a picture of their old toothbrush and exchange it for a new one. The event takes place from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Warwick Mall.
