Caiman Lizard
These large (2-4 feet), colorful reptiles are excellent swimmers, using their tails much like a caiman would. They spend much of their time basking on branches suspended above water. Common throughout northern South America. #photography #reptile #caiman #lizard #watertegu #beautiful
