okay cool though a few issues are: if this isn't stated up front, most people won't know; the registration closes when event starts. I suggest: create stable event page, have promotion point to it, put recording there when available, put sign-up there or linked *off* it (eg Zoom page).

I agree — as with recording meetings or events, I think it should be discussed by group first, and done with consent or notification. Incidentally I've long been gathering such points for a handbook #WebinarGuide / #WebforumGuide, I tag them to later add, and invite other suggestion.
