Mystery Romance ‘The Witch’ Starring Park Jin Young, Roh Jeong Eui Sets February Premiere Channel A has confirmed a February 15th premiere date for its new weekend drama The Witch, releasing a first teaser featuring stars Park Jin Young and Roh Jeong Eui. The series adapts another work from hit webtoon creator Kangfull, known for Moving and Light Shop. The Witch follows Dong Jin (Park Jin Young), a man determined to break the curse of misfortune surrounding a woman called a witch, and Mi Jung (Roh Jeong Eui), a woman who has isolated herself from the world after becoming a seed of tragedy. The mystery romance chronicles their journey toward becoming each other’s salvation. The series is helmed by director Kim Tae Gyun, known for his taut direction in Dark Figure of Crime. The newly released teaser sets up the mysterious romantic narrative, opening with high school student Dong Jin encountering the melancholic Mi Jung on a snowy day. She responds hostilely, “What do you even know about me?” The production’s central mystery revolves around how Dong Jin can save this woman dubbed a “witch” who seems followed by a curse of death.
