#WeirdTheAlYankovicStory (2022) #Roku 3/5. Quite a fitting way to do the story of #WeirdAlYankovic by just rejigging things for fun. Plenty of jokes throughout but nothing that was gut busting. Plenty of comedy icons appear throughout. Really enjoyed the song during the credits.

After so many music biopics like Bohemian Rhapsody that played fast and loose with historical accuracy, #WEIRDTheAlYankovicStory was a real breath of fresh air.

Just watched the movie with my mom. Thought it was pretty good.

Wasn't sure about the scene where Al ingested an entire watermelon at first, but it all kinda came together at the end, so I guess it's okay.

I grew up listening to Weird Al (I know, what a surprise—I’m so normal and not still into ska, surrealist comedy or anything nerdy at all.)

I expected to like the movie, but not to love it as much as I did. Go into it knowing absolutely nothing about it. #WEIRDTheAlYankovicStory

#WEIRDTheAlYankovicStory is ridiculous. I loved it. It’s silly, flippant & frequently hilarious & I wouldn’t have it it any other way. I mean, why wouldn’t a Weird Al biopic be an absolutely outrageous parody? The film knows exactly what it’s doing & I loved it for that
