Unfortunately we were out of currants and sultanas so, like some sort of trendy hipster, I've substituted for cranberries and goji berries.

Scalloped edge/fluted stainless steel cutter for Welsh Cakes. In 2 pieces, the handle and the circle fluted edge cutter.
Unfortunately mum's vintage #WelshCakes cutter did not fully survive this year. I tried to repair it last year when it was loose but I obviously dont know what Im doing. I either need someone to solder repair it for me or pay someone to #3DPrint me a new version. No other versions have same fluting.

This is a great recipe and guidance from Nigella Lawson on #WelshCakes. But we've always made them with currants rather than sultanas. Allspice is a must, here in US you can make it w/ ground spices: 2 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp allspice 1 tbs cinnamon 1 tsp clove 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp coriander 3/4 tsp mace
