A self portrait where I'm missing the top of my skull and have been gutted with my right arm amputated, bruises mark the arms and string is coming undone along the area the body has been cut in half and gutted. Representing the illnesses I've grown up with and the way i feel people only see me for a shell they can use, touch, disassemble and throw away once broken and irreparable my skills as an artist mean nothing and my passions and love and wants to talk of them mean nothing and are often a point of contention. I wouldn't even deem myself attractive but this body is all people ever seem to want regardless of my consent to give it or not.
