The base of my dirty rice. Ground beef, the Cajun Holy Triumvirate (bell peppers, onions, garlic), cumin, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper.
I'm making one of my favourite Cajun dishes tonight for supper, #DirtyRice.
I'll let this summer on low for a few hours and then add the rice and this will be tonight's meal.
