Cleaned sketches of three character headshots.
In the top left, a half-elf looking thoughtful, eyes angled down and their hat is, admittedly, comically large, but that's just how mages go. They are sporting a short bob like hairstyle, wearing a hooded cloak. Beside them, their name "Kytheris "Ky" " Is written.
In the top right, an elven man looking off to the side, his mask pooling around his neck, his hood lowered, his long hair is tucked into the hood and under the cloak. Under him, his name "Venali" is written.
At the bottom, a goblin male is seen with a bright smile and cheerful expression. His hair is a bit of a mess and doing little to hide the larger drooping ears. He's wearing a sleeveless tunic, open at the neck. Beside him, his name "Cusiar "Cricket" " is written.
A messier sketch depicts an elven man with long hair, Venali, hands bound behind his back and clothes tattered and torn. He's got a few injuries, cuts and scrapes. He's laying on the ground, his hair pooling about him with an expression that mixes fear and resilience. His lips drawn into a tight line, leaves scattered about the ground and in his hair, broken branches and twigs around him. There are three humanoid shadows cast over him, the captors in question.
This is a scene being planned for an RP with a friend; Venali, the archer of the group was scouting ahead, when he found somewhere seemingly safe and quiet, he perched in a tree to connect with his companion, a bird who he could see through the eyes of. While doing so, he didn't realize that enemies were closing in on him. As his companion started to head back, he spotted the enemies at his location and snapped back to his own mind. Though he's a sharp shot and quiet fast, he was caught unaware and off guard, causing his actions to be more rushed and he made a mistake. He'd not seen the mage hiding at the tree line and was struck, injuring his arm and launching him from the perch. Fighting ensued, but with one arm and outnumbered, he was overpowered. Captured to be taken to the estate of the "Demonic lord" that had been stretching his power and claiming lands, intending to rule everything and everyone, it seemed.
Between work and life I've been practicing with a couple of my characters, testing brushes, I think I finally have a 'go-to' set ! (for now.)
So, enjoy some of my OC sketches.
