My take on the #WhoIsSheEp12 ending is that Mal-soon didn’t die. The girl at the café is her, but she’s forgotten everything due to Alzheimer’s. It’s like she disappeared, starting fresh without ties to her old life. Joon-hyuk will have to win her over. Anything’s possible!
