Rigg, 44 y.o, 4 foot nothing, is a raccoon and experienced bounty hunter whom has several self-installed cybernetic enhancements. Both to help him engineer, and function better in the field. A notable one being the device in his throat called the "glutton undoing laser particle energy redistributor," or "GULPER."

The GULPER can resize and scale anything that passes past a certain threshold in Rigg's mouth to fit within his stomach. Which means, it doesn't matter how big an object (or person) is, they will always fit within the confines of Rigg's stomach. Even if once rescaled, they might be pretty cramped inside. It's not necessarily perfect technology, bugs happen. You understand.

Rigg is usually allowed to eliminate targets in any fashion he sees fit, but usually defaults to the GULPER because the pleasure it supplies him is too good to pass up. It's almost debilitating. But what's the point of toys if you don't play with your favorites?

You want to reconsider your life choices if Rigg gets a hold of your bounty.
