Sofa time on a sleepy afternoon.
My two #wirefoxterriers on the sofa. Near is Tokyo, far end is Koji who's totally succumbed to the cushion he's on.
In the 5 mins since I took this, Tokyo has crashed flat out.
We've not even had a walk today yet as it's been either too rainy or too hot & humid 😆
Koji got sleepy before the celebrations started. He's getting on a bit.

But earlier, Tokyo was a proper terror.
She's in one of her phases in which she attacks Koji for no apparent reason. We've had 3 this week.

Spring has been wonderful so far. I've been away from home for 3 months & I have a fair bit to do in the garden.
One thing I did today was put out the patio sofa, which the dogs instantly took to. By which I mean jumped on it, left pawprints all over, then fell asleep in the sun

Glorious spring day, today. It even invigorated Koji who, albeit slowly, gave his little sister a chase when fetching a stick. He's 12 and is usually happy watching by the sidelines. It must be said he found it much easier running down the hill than back up it.

We have Victorian stained glass windows in this apartment, and the spring sun is illuminating various reaches of the room. Of course, the dogs move with it, repositioning to face its rays, heliotropic, like sunflowers.

These two lovely wire fox terriers have gone missing at Devil's Dyke in the South Downs. Owners must be heartbroken and worried.

This is from a couple of summers ago when Tokyo was about 6 months old. You can see she's bold and feisty and gives Koji a run for his money.
They're both #wirefoxterriers, but even fully grown, she's remained much smaller than him. But she's unequivocally the boss.

This was taken at the start of an autumn before the tunnel changes into its famous canopy of reds, browns, and golden hues. Nonetheless, it's magical being in a tree tunnel.
