Today's haul of local cheeses from a local creamery. Romano, parmesan, sharp aged Swiss, sharp Colby, and mild brick (for Detroit style pizza). March 24, 2025.
Drove up North for my yearly visit with my Endocrinologist. On the way home, I stopped at one of the local creameries for a basket of homemade deep fried cheese curds, and picked up some cheese. The mild brick is for Detroit pizza. I am a true son of Wisconsin! ๐
