#Wittober day 17, Revenge ! I’m not sure if I conveyed it well, but I wanted to go for a cycle imagery, like the villagers wanting revenge on witchcraft, Philip on Evelyn/witches, and then Evelyn will later want revenge for Caleb. Also my finger is to show you how small I was painting that 🤣

#Wittober day 6, Trial ! Ok so - this one is referring about how Samuel hid bones and other things in a woman’s drawer to have her falsely accused of witchcraft. I wasn’t happy with the first painting so I made a second one, and I didn’t like it either so I made a third one 🤣

I wanted to have a contrast between Philip still trying to get back to Caleb in the demon realm, and the forget-me-not flowers decaying in the vase that are kind of a symbol that Philip felt forgotten
