Excerpt of an SFX article interviewing Daniel Henney about his character Lan in the wheel of time: Where do we find your character this season? Last season was quite formative for him, spending time away from Moiraine. Now, after the re-bonding, she sees him in a different way, and he sees her in a different way. They're equals and that's what he wants. This season is about home for a lot of the characters. Moiraine has represented home to him for a long time, and he's starting to open his mind to his real home and shifting his focus to that.

I was thinking on the plane how I was happy naming a chocolate croissant a Chesmal because like Liandrin wearing a red dress with black accents a Chesmal is a yellow pastry with Chocolate that peaks out of it.
