Raleigh Council OKs $2.2M from 2020 housing bond for Healing Transitions women’s recovery housing The City Council unanimously approved a $2.2 million commitment from the 2020 affordable housing bond to fund Healing Transitions’ Forward Together development, a 17‑unit recovery housing project for women. Staff said the project will include units restricted to households at 60% and 80% of area median income and one on‑site manager unit.
