Knapweed. Can grow up to 5 feet tall. Blooms late summer to autumn. Grows well in disturbed areas. Commonly found along roadsides and in pastures. Considered a widespread invasive in various regions of the U.S. Pollinators love it.

Musk mallow. Introduced as an ornamental but now naturalized. Grows along the forest's edge and anywhere it chooses, really. Smells divine, so we don't mind.
