Getting nervous because we haven’t had a bad meal so far; tonight may have been the best grilled pork chop I’ve ever had w/ a fried egg, egg loaf, cucumber salad, and jasmine rice. Followed by iced Thạch Cổ Trà (Vietnamese fermented tea). So far, #worldschool has been food-focused I guess…

My snow loving daughter finally got to see a little bit of snow. It didn’t last long, but it was super exciting! We spent a month in Vienna and I think this moment was her favorite part. I am going to have to take her to a major snow destination soon.
