...and I exploded ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ. I did apologise to the poor girl because she has been trying to help me, but it's been over 10 weeks since the original installation and I STILL don't have a functioning sink!

*It's not even the plug itself that's faulty, it's the plug surround ๐Ÿ™„

8 weeks after our new kitchen was installed with a faulty sink, and after many, many more phone calls and emails than should have been necessary, I have finally had confirmation that #WickesUK are going to supply and fit a replacement.
Can't believe how long it's taken!

#Wickes Customer Service training seems to be "just fob them off and pass them to a different department"

Spoken or emailed with 12 (maybe 13 now) different Wickes employees over 7 weeks trying to get my issue resolved* ๐Ÿ˜ก
