Well, I feel like an utter bitch now. Just made a #WickesUK call centre agent cry. Her manager had her tell me that they were not going to fix my faulty sink for a second time and that I should order myself a new plug* from Amazon "they're fairly cheap". This obviously did not go down well with me..

8 weeks after our new kitchen was installed with a faulty sink, and after many, many more phone calls and emails than should have been necessary, I have finally had confirmation that #WickesUK are going to supply and fit a replacement.
Can't believe how long it's taken!
