I never thought anyone would even try to make a #wotshow so I'm glad we got what we did. Still, I'm quite disappointed in it's cancelation.
With how well the road to the spear turned out I was excited to see Dumai's wells, the cleansing, and some other big moments.

Official? no. It's just the one that the fandom that migrated over from the other place coalesced around. There's I think #WoTShow or #WoTOnPrime but I don't think there's an "official" presence from amazon, the studio, or the shows official tweeter yet. (Though there's a few cast and crew)

I blame nearly all of my complaints about #WoTShow on Amazon. It needs 10 episode seasons; 12 would be better. I'm not sure if the battle suffered to appease the special effects budget.
They really hit their stride in S3 tho.

Slept on it, and I still don’t love the Loial stuff. But that’s just another turning, and I think I can live with it. I liked several of the changes in the episode, Aram certainly stands out as having better motivation. The show needs more episodes, damnit.

HOWEVER! I loved Faile and Perrin. Her following behind him was pulled right out of how I saw it in my head. She’s so bad ass, man. Aram was heartbreaking, giving him more motivation behind picking up a weapon was a good change. Women’s Circle was 10/10.

Watching the after episode chat helped somewhat. I know we’re likely not dealing with the Ogier Stump in the show. Maybe it’s a turning where they open the Book. But fuck, man. I know he’s an ensemble character, but him being the Chronicler of the Age was so poetic.

Episode 7 was good. I’m feeling super conflicted for the first time in this season, though, and trying to let go of my book-fan preconception. Which normally I’m good about, but damn. Loial is my favorite character. Uno was tough, but damn.

The costumes created by Sharon Gilman and her team have been wonderful, and just like the books, every detail tells part of the story and even include easter eggs and foreshadowing!
