One of the things I like to do when I hit a wall is to have a single "Drabbles" document that I use for quickie short stories. Sometimes they're continuations of existing books & sometimes just weird random stories that haunt my noggin until I write them.

Holy hell, the kids have discovered that there are published novels covering all the themes they've deemed problematic & "illegal". Frothing at the mouth over how readers & writers of such books should be prosecuted/executed.
It just makes me want to write something super fucked up.
