#writingcommunigty I read on an agent's MSWL "make me laugh out loud or cry." I ♥️ humor, too, but it's hard, eg In 1 scene I've written my protag's sharp wit shines ( think) & two of my friends laughed out loud on reading it. But a 3rd "didn't get it" and a 4th didn't find it funny. Thoughts?
