Writing More Books Way Faster Completed fully writing two fantasy books! Started writing several new WIPS

Focused more on Authortube! Started experimenting with Youtube shorts about writing motivation Want to experiment with other content in the eventual future

Participated in more author interviews! Could actually put more effort into spreading the word about my work! Had an amazing time talking with others about the writing process. I’m less afraid of being recorded?

Need to create another rock star The amount of characters this story world needs. Seems to be never ending. I knew I will need to create this character in some point. But I didn't think I needed to create it now. It was somewhere down the line kinda thing. But I got this new plot twist idea yesterday. That needs this character. I'm writing a scene set in a hallway in S1 E9 and I forgot that I know who in the scene eventually, uh, punches their ticket, right?

I now have a chance to insert a quick line of dialogue to set up that scene/moment in E10.

Shadows book 2 is officially done Shadows Book 2: Lingering Shadows is now fully finished and edited. The story follows Rowan and Grant from their first meeting onward. Regarding the characters' connections to the first book — which focused on Kai and Liam — Rowan is Liam's younger brother. This sequel doesn't involve as much ghost hunting as the first, but it provides Rowan's perspective on the events of the initial book.

Shadows 2 is officially done! It totals 61,186 words. Coming 2026

Tiny writing update for the Shadows series Hey, quick writing update! I'm halfway through draft 2.5 for Shadows book 2, and it looks like I'll need about three more edits before it's done. I've got an artist redoing the first Shadows book cover, and then they'll move on to making the Shadows book 2 cover. I'm really eager to start writing Shadows book 3, but I'm trying to hold off until I finish all the edits for book 2.

Losing another poem to my characters It just keeps happening. Couple days ago I wrote new poem. And after finished it. I felt like it would be good fit for song lyrics in my rock star book universe. But this time there is two different musician characters it could be fitting song lyrics. So now I need to decide use it for one character or for the both. Using for both characters would bring much more interesting layers into story world.

Literary Horror What do I actually write? I get this question a lot in my personal life, at conventions, and even when I ship out books at the post office. I have always struggled to answer it because I carried a certain amount of shame around it. That shame came from multiple places. Some of it came from people in my life degrading the things I write about, dismissing them in favor of other genres that better matched their own interests, like nonfiction.
