A young, very small girl in a nightshirt stands at the centre of the image - behind her is a wall with red wallpaper that is stained and ripped, revealing the wood beneath it. She is staring up at two figures before her with fear and uncertainty. Towering over the girl are two plague doctor like figures, but as this is a dream, they are more bird then man. Their black hoods are feathered, and lead down to shapeless, dark cloaks. Their cloaks seem to be leeching blood from the floor. Behind the figures, blood seems to trail behind them in place of a shadow. The figures' speech bubbles read, "Come with us...", "We will take you to see them...".
