Anybody have experience with Faucet pumps? This is loud and sounds bad, that can't be normal. How do I trust a fuel pump that makes that kind of noise?

Then I finally managed to get the damn view port plug open, with brute force. Now I can finally check valve clearance, which I haven't done in the last 110k km. That will be next now.

First I installed a new fuel pump. After getting stranded in Nevada last year I was tired of the OEM and got a Facet pump.
