The heavier, steadier snow has stayed south and west of Edmonton through the day Thursday. --Some of that snow falling west of the city will likely push through the #yegwx area this evening & could give us a dusting to 2cm of accum by early Fri AM.

The majority of the snow is staying to the south of the city. For the city itself we should see very little now.

Some parts of Edmonton have already had more than 20 cm of snow: reports Unofficial reports from around Edmonton show roughly 10 to 20 cms of snow up to 3 p.m., which is getting close to the record for the heaviest one-day March snowfall.
