Remember, #YWCAseattle is who initially signed itself up as a panelist for an event to teach “concrete ways to intervene, mitigate, and restore a survivor’s reputation…”. Yet when I called them to do just that, they were angrily dismissive of any responsibility on their part.

I still wanted to discuss accountability with #YWCAseattle since they did not actually attend the event, so rather than emailing administrators again, I made a call to a program coordinator who deals directly with domestic violence. This is how that played out.

I had already attempted to discuss the situation with administrators at #YWCAseattle but was given the run-around and ultimately no answers. So I posed this question at an event about restoring the reputations of criminalized survivors, which #YWCAseattle had signed up for
