Yaku's on the center of the image holding some papers while others are in the air around him. They're actually are some of Noya's letters to him. Yaku has a happy and fond look while reading the letter he's holding and on its back we can see a PS from Noya with small drawingd like a kiss face and hearts. Behind Yaku we can see 3 Noyas that represent some of the different aspects Noya has shown him since Yaku has known him: a silly tiny chibi Noya forming a heart with his hands, a smily more calmed one and a more intense flirty one that has some sparks around him.
