If he really wanted to safeguard the Arctic Region from 🇷🇺 & 🇨🇳 expansion, he would consolidate NATO, and would INFILTRATE & COMPROMISE THE FOES' territories (Eg #Sakha, #Karelia, #Yamalia, etc), instead of threatening the sovereignty of friends ( #Greenland, #Alberta, #Canada, #Ukraine).
