Cimpl’s Meats in Yankton closes after 76 years Cimpl’s Meats in Yankton closed its doors on Monday after 76 years.

No more Cimpl meats for simple minds in my old hometown of #YanktonSD. They have been open for 76 years and are one of the city's largest employers.

I guess they won't be hiring now, despite what the sign says.
