I was checking Kaela's VOD from earlier today and noticed in her 75Km off-stream run she had the Diagonal Fusion for the beach.

She was playing version 4.0.3, where this fusion is bugged as it doesn't give any extra boost power...
She got that score with a handicap! 😱

Delivering Hope Version 4.0.0 was released on September 15th, 2023.
It was the largest update to the game with the beach zone addition, Gacha game mode, the Myth Galleria, materials and crafting, currency and shop, and a bunch of new achievements.

I started work on version 4 about a month after version 3 released.
This video from late April 2023 shows an early implementation of the beach area with a bunch of placeholder art and missing texts. No Kobo yet.
It also features a song that didn't make it to the final game.

About a month later, I was already working on the next update.
This is some footage from the earliest prototype for Delivering Hope version 3.0.0.
I had just added Kiara, the rebirth powerup and the air object indicator on the side of the screen.

Level up system, better readability on the UI, Calli and Bae as booster and stopper; and meatball as the slowdown obstacle.
