Happy #Yeeterus Day to me! 🤣 It's the 2nd anniversary of yeeting my useless uterus (i.e. hysterectomy) & my spouse brought me this cake. 🤭 He tried writing but it was somehow worse than last year, so he scraped off the gel & bought candy pieces instead. He remarked that the eyes resemble ovaries. 😆
She is loopy on pain meds and not sure which way is up -- or how her legs work -- but Shanti is home sans uterus and ovaries! No more babies for her.

Apparently the pedunculated fibroid (the one on the outside) was larger than the uterus itself! So it was less a case of my uterus wearing a hat, more that it had grown a friend. #yeeterus

I can't say I'm not nervous, I've never had surgery or general anesthetic, but I'm also excited to have the cysts and the Mirena finally gone!!!
