👅Cracked peppercorn, pot still spices, creamy, milk chocolate, clove oil.

🏁creamy sweetness which fades to a dry wine-like texture, grapes.

A bottle of Yellow Spot Irish Whiskey.

Again trying something new. I found and purchased a bottle of Yellow Spot 12-Yr Irish Whiskey today. I’ve heard good things, but had never tried it.

I can recommend it!

(1/2) Both of these are really well rounded whiskies. The Grande’s sherry influence is more obvious with notes figs and fruit salad. Yellow Spot has honey, chocolate, banana and a dusky note I love in my whiskey.
