Auf dem zentralen Platz Ra’ananas auf der Gedenkveranstaltung für die gefallenen Soldat:innen und Opfer des Terrors sind heute Abend sehr viele Menschen zusammengekommen. Diese friedliche, nie direkt umkämpfte Stadt hat allein fast 100 Menschen verloren. #YomHazikaron 🇮🇱

#YomHaZikaron in Israel is always a sombre, this year even more. Many Israelis attend ceremonies at their old schools, return to their hometown to attend cemetaries.
I'll be here, at work, when at 11:00 the wailing siren would go one.
With Hamas still holding 132 hostages, many with dual-nationalities (USA, Great Britain, Germany, etc), you don't need to be Jewish or Israeli to respect the call to make others aware of their situation.
