First tea of the new year, Yorkshire Gold. One of my favorite British CTC style black teas. I've found steeping it in a Chinese gaiwan is the easiest to clean up. ~2.5 grams / ~ 1 teaspoon of tea in ~125 ml / ~4.25 ounces of 200°F / 93°C water for ~2.5 minutes.
