Seems like Robert wrote himself a genuinely new first issue. It took a few decades but at least its not just the story he only cowrote being republished again.
Im getting those rights one day if I have to dig up Rev myself

Back on my #YoungbloodComic bullshit. No idea how Robby Lies managed to get a section 15 trademark on a comic he was never able to put out new issues of for five consecutive years. I need a trademark attorney to tell me if his claim is made shakier by just rereleasing issue 1 every so often
