Face Sensing - Scratch Lab

Scratch Labs now has face sensing built into the platform! I built a quick game earlier where I was eating apple sprites by moving my mouth to them on the screen and they'd randomly relocate. I accidentally refreshed the page, so I lost it, but it is very cool! lab.scratch.mit.edu/face/ #YouthMADE

A3. Creating a safe space is really important. I start out discussing community norms for my classroom and having students discuss and co-design these norms together on day one. It goes a long way in exploring a variety of topics and helping students feel comfortable in self-expression. #YouthMADE

A3. I see them at museums and in classrooms. I’d love to see more global collaborative efforts. A teacher I chatted with today told me about a book project with three different countries to put cooperative student SDG project and illustrations into one book which will be incredible. #YouthMADE
