A view from the ground, looking up from beneath the concealment of sparse trees as a great wyvern with patterned wings swoops overhead.
Astride the beast's back, Zefiris sits in full hunter's armour. Her palico companion is perched on her shoulder, acorn spade raised in triumph; she laughs nervously, cautioning them to hold on tight.
The palico is undeterred - they have proven themselves mighty hunters, have they not? Zefiris laughs at their confidence, having been the one doing all the hard work - but the palico's mood is infectious. The rathalos is content to carry them, satisfied at having met its match.
As the wyvern sweeps its great wings over the Thanalan deserts, its pair of riders look up confidently to the future.
