Um filme muito potente sobre a resiliência sob a bota da ditadura militar, o preço de fazer o que é certo e o vínculo inextricável, inescapável e atemporal da família. E aquele final? Senti nos meus ossos... Meu Deus. Fernanda Torres me surpreendeu com sua performance devastadora. Será uma farsa se ela não for indicada ao Oscar. Selton Mello é igualmente notável em um papel mais curto que não deixa de assombrar o filme por toda a sua duração. Impossível não pensar nas milhares de famílias que passaram (e ainda passam) por injustiças semelhantes às que a família Paiva sofreu, inclusive hoje em lugares como Cisjordânia, Coreia do Norte, México, Síria etc. Salles fez algo especial aqui ao capturar os horrores psicológicos desse tipo muito específico de tormento. Um filme notável.
