DHS shot at the victims of the "drug cartels". #wtf?

“We’re not suggesting #NiñoMoncada is a gang member.” An #FBI affidavit issued following the incident also suggests that in the previous shooting cited by #DHS, #ZambranoContreras was not a suspect, but a #victim of a #SexualAssault and #robbery.

#DOJ contradicted #DHS’ #TrendeAragua statements in court, telling a judge, “We’re not suggesting … [Niño-Moncada] is a gang member.” #FBI cited by #DHS: #ZambranoContreras was not a suspect, but a #victim of a #SexualAssault & #robbery! Neither #NiñoMoncada or #ZambranoContreras are criminals!
