The first page of a report from 1999, talking about the need for greater municipal action to promote active transportation, especially cycling. The report has bullet points that touch on the value of physical activity, how cars contribute to air pollution, the need for healthier and more sustainable transportation modes and blah blah blah. 25+ years later & the same old excuses are getting trotted out by the municpality about why they can't do anything. So utterly depressing.

It's supposedly a temporary solution to stick bollards/pylons there. Please call 311 if they're (re)moved. Public Works are also supposed to be keeping an eye out. But in an ideal world, we'd have infrastructure that works without caving into #CarBrain drivers having tantrums #ZeroVisionHFX
