Would it be so hard for #Zizzi restaurants to have 2 or 3 gluten/dairy free menus for people to look at on request? #PizzaExpress and #Prezzo just hand over dairy/gluten free menus when asked. It seems unfair if your have coeliac disease or a lactose intolerance to discriminate against them...

Absolutely abysmal meal at #Zizzi (Regent’s St, Cambridge). Starter had disintegrated, clearly microwaved, mum’s main was tough as old boots and cold, my pizza was solid as a frisbee and impossible to eat without cutting your gum (toppings were rubbery). Waiter was surly when we complained.
