This picture shows a wide, blacktop walking path lined with silken lanterns in the shape of tall, green stalks of bamboo. In between each stalk are alternating white and black panda-shaped lanterns in various poses and small, green lanterns in the shape of tiered cones. At the top, the green bamboo leaves meet like an archway or pergola for people to walk underneath of.
