Power Virtual Agent == Microsoft Copilot Studio

My first Virtual Agent I build and then immediately with integration of currently ChatGPT, as first level support of the internal IT helpdesk.
Yes I have never done anything with the application #PowerVirtualAgent.
Yesterday started my preparation #aMsAachen. Next Integration cognitive search
